Why can't I connect my iTunes Connect account?

If you are experiencing issues connecting your iTunes Connect credentials with Sensor Tower, please follow the below steps:

  1. One possibility for an invalid login is of course incorrect username and password information. Please delete the Invalid account and try again to make sure you sign in with the right credentials.
  2. Your iTunes Connect account must have a role which has access to Sales and Reports (having access to just Sales is insufficient). Other roles including Admin and Finance will also work.
  3. Lastly, if your iTunes account has 2-step verification or 2-factor authentication enabled, Sensor Tower will not be able to pull in your sales metrics. You will need to disable this feature for your data to properly sync into Sensor Tower's platform.
