Why can't I connect my Google Play account?

If you are experiencing issues connecting your Google Play credentials with Sensor Tower, please follow the below steps:

In order for us to successfully pull in your sales data, you would need to login into your Google Play account from our website. To do so, please follow the steps on the Connected Credentials page on our website.

You should see this window and click on "Sign in with Google":
After you sign into your Google Play account, you should see this window and allow access to each of these reports:

Following these steps should allow us to pull in your sales metrics successfully. Please allow up to 3 business days for the data to be retrieved and populated on your Sensor Tower dashboard.
