In our App Update Timeline feature, you can track the most important updates to any app, including changes to its name, description, price, icon, screenshots, file size, and much more. You can select which updates you'd like to see by selecting the filters. 


For Android apps, we currently have up to 18 types of app update available. Install Range, as one of the Android app updates, is automatically pulled in from the Google Play Store and serves as a reflection of real changes in app's install events. 

Google Play Store defines Install Events as the number of times an app was installed, including devices on which the app had been installed previously. This does not include pre-installs or device reactivations. Google Play Store measures app's install events and publishes the amount of installations an app has in incremental brackets as below:

The current install range of an app is labeled as "Installs" and can be found under Additional Information on the app's Google Play Store profile page, i.e. Babbel - Learn Languages - Spanish, French & More:
