In Keyword Rankings or Keyword Research within App Intelligence, some keywords will display a message reading calculating... because it is the first time that the particular keyword has been tracked in our system. This means that there is no cached data and the traffic and ranking are therefore being calculated.

This typically occurs with long-tail keywords because they are not searched for as often within the app stores.
