Sensor Tower’s App Intelligence product allows you to keep track of all the apps you’re most interested in and move between them easily using the App Banner.

The App Banner is available in the App Profiles, My App Analytics and App Store Optimization modules.

Enterprise users may add an unlimited number of favorite apps. Business users may add up to twenty apps, Pro users up to five apps, and Free users one app at a time.

How to add a favorite app

1. From any page on which the App Banner is available, enter the desired app’s name in the search bar.
2. If the correct app appears in the dropdown results, click on that app. If it is not one of the first results, click Search More which will take you to our Advanced Search function.
3. When the desired app’s details (including Category, In-App Purchases and Price) have loaded in the App Banner, simply on the Favorite star icon so that it turns yellow.

How to remove a favorite app

1. From any page on which the App Banner is available, click on the search bar. Your favorite apps will appear in a dropdown. If you have many favorite apps you can locate the desired app quickly by simply entering the desired app’s name in the search bar.
2. When you have found the app you wish to remove from your favorites, click on its name.
3. When the desired app’s details have loaded in the App banner, simply click the Favorite star icon so that it turns white.

How to switch between apps

1. From any page on which the App Banner is available, click on the search bar. Your favorite apps will appear in a dropdown. If you have many favorite apps you can locate the desired app quickly by simply entering the desired app’s name in the search bar.
2. If the app you wish to switch to is not a favorite, type the app’s name into the search bar.
3. When you have found the app you wish to switch to, click on its name.

How to switch between apps within a unified app

1. From any selected app (favorite or otherwise), click on the app switch dropdown underneath the search bar.
2. All apps of this unified app will be listed and you can easily switch to (and favorite, if applicable) the app in question.
